Terms of Service

Important Notice

Preamble

This document constitutes a public offer from Individual Entrepreneur Kostylov Vasily Yurievich (hereinafter — the Service Provider) for the provision of access to the task management service.

1. Definitions

• Service Provider — IE Kostylov Vasily Yurievich, INN 745111649958.
• Customer — an individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of this offer.
• Service — the cloud-based task management service "Gosudarinya" available at gosudarinya.ru.
• Plan — a set of features and terms of service provision listed on the /pricing page.
• Organization (tenant) — a separate workspace of the Customer with isolated data.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Service Provider grants the Customer access to the Service in accordance with the selected Plan. The Service includes: task, employee and project management, notifications via Telegram and MAX, analytics and reports.

3. Acceptance of the Offer

Acceptance of this offer is the Customer's registration in the Service. By registering, the Customer confirms their acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy and gives Consent to personal data processing. From the moment of acceptance, the offer is considered a concluded agreement.

4. Plans and Pricing

Current plans are listed at gosudarinya.ru/pricing. The Service Provider may change plans with no less than 30 days' notice to the Customer. Plan changes do not apply to already-paid periods.

5. Payment Procedure

Payment is made in advance for the selected period (month, quarter, half-year or year) via the T-Bank JSC payment service. Access to the Service is activated after funds are received in the Service Provider's account. Payment is made in Russian rubles.

6. Free Trial

7 days free without a card. After the trial period, the service switches to limited access mode until the first payment.

7. Refunds

Upon early termination of the agreement at the Customer's initiative, a refund is made proportionally to the unused period minus the payment service commission. To request a refund, send a written request to team@tech-wave.ru. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

8. Messengers

The Service uses Telegram and MAX to send notifications to employees. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures in messenger services that are outside its control.

9. Service Provider Obligations

• Ensure Service availability of at least 99% uptime per month.
• Notify about scheduled maintenance at least 24 hours in advance.
• Process support requests on business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 Moscow time).
• Not transfer Customer data to third parties (except as specified in the Privacy Policy).

10. Customer Obligations

• Use the Service in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Not use the Service for illegal activities or spam.
• Independently ensure the security of account credentials.
• Timely pay for services according to the selected Plan.

11. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits and data loss arising from causes beyond the Service Provider's control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing month.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with at least 10 days' notice to the other party. After termination, the Organization's data is deleted within 30 days. The Service Provider may immediately suspend access if the Customer violates the terms of the offer.
