2. Data Collected

Username (entered during registration)
Telegram ID and Telegram username (when registering via Telegram bot)
MAX user ID (when registering via the MAX messenger)
Task history, assignments, fines and rewards within the organization
IP address and browser type (technical data when using the web interface)
Email address (if provided, for technical support)
Payment data (full name of the payer) — only during payment, transferred to T-Bank JSC

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Contract performance (Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 5 of Federal Law No. 152): providing access to the service, sending task notifications, technical support, payment processing.
Subject consent (Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152): notifications via Telegram and MAX messengers, website analytics (Yandex.Metrica). Consent is given at registration and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Purposes of Processing

Providing access to the task management service
Sending task notifications via Telegram and MAX
Processing subscription payments via T-Bank JSC
User technical support
Generating reports for the organization (within the organization only)

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on a VPS server in Russia (provider: Timeweb LLC, Saint Petersburg). Storage is carried out exclusively within the Russian Federation in accordance with Art. 18 Part 5 of Federal Law No. 152.

6. Retention Periods

Account data (name, messenger) — until account deletion + 30 days
Payment data — 5 years (Federal Law No. 402 "On Accounting")
Audit logs — 1 year
Technical logs (IP, browser) — 90 days

7. Transfer to Third Parties

T-Bank JSC — for payment processing (payment details only). Russia.
Telegram (Telegram Inc.) — for notification delivery (chat ID only). Cross-border transfer (Cyprus / EU). Legal basis: Art. 12 Part 1 of Federal Law No. 152. The subject gives consent when connecting the Telegram bot.
VKontakte (MAX) — for notification delivery (MAX user ID only). Russia.
Yandex LLC (Yandex.Metrica) — only with separate consent for analytical cookies (cookie banner). Servers in Russia. The counter does not load without consent.

Data is not sold and not transferred to marketing agencies or advertising services.

8. Security Measures

Data transmission via the secure HTTPS protocol
Server access — via SSH keys only, no passwords
Role-based access control (owner, manager, employee)
Logging of all data actions (audit log)
Regular backups

9. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152, you have the right to:

Obtain information about processed personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request data deletion (right to be forgotten)
Withdraw consent to personal data processing

10. Cookies and Web Analytics

Necessary cookies (always active): functional cookies to maintain the authorization session and security. Login is not possible without them. Legal basis — technical necessity (Part 1 Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152).

Analytical cookies (with consent only): upon explicit user consent (cookie banner), the Operator connects the Yandex.Metrica counter to analyze service usage. To withdraw consent — clear browser cookies or write to team@tech-wave.ru.

11. Consent to Personal Data Processing

Consent is formalized as a separate document available at gosudarinya.ru/consent.

12. Person Responsible for Personal Data Processing

In accordance with Art. 22.1 of Federal Law No. 152, the person responsible for organizing personal data processing is the operator personally: IE Kostylov Vasily Yurievich. For data processing inquiries: team@tech-wave.ru.
