Recommendation Technologies Rules

1. What Recommendation Technologies Are

Recommendation technologies are information technologies for providing information based on the collection, systematization and analysis of data about the preferences of internet users located within the Russian Federation (Art. 10.2-2 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection").

These Rules disclose whether such technologies are used in the Gosudarinya service (hereinafter — the Service) and under what conditions.

2. Whether Recommendation Technologies Are Used

The Service does not use personal recommendation technologies. The selection, ranking and presentation of information are not based on automated analysis of user behavior, the history of user actions, or other data about user preferences.

The Service uses only simple search, filtering and sorting tools that are triggered solely by an explicit request from the user.

Search by text entered by the user
Filtering lists by parameters chosen by the user (status, assignee, due date, department, etc.)
Sorting by a criterion chosen by the user (date, priority, name, etc.)

The results of such operations are identical for any user given the same request and the same data and do not depend on the user’s past behavior.

3. Data Processed for the Service to Operate

For the basic operation of the Service, only the data necessary to perform the user’s explicit actions and provide access to task management features is processed. No profiling or behavior analysis for content selection is performed.

The composition of the processed data, the purposes and legal bases of processing are described in the Privacy Policy at gosudarinya.ru/privacy.
