Data Processing Consent

Important Notice

Preamble

This Consent is drawn up in accordance with Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 and constitutes a separate document in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152 as amended in 2025.

2. Data Subject

An individual registering in the "Gosudarinya" task management service (gosudarinya.ru).

3. List of Personal Data

Username (entered during registration)
Telegram identifier (Telegram ID, username)
MAX identifier (MAX user ID)
Task history, assignments and projects within the organization
IP address and browser type (technical data)

4. Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases

4.1. Providing access to the service Legal basis: Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 5 of Federal Law No. 152 (contract performance). Actions: collection, recording, storage, use.

4.2. Sending notifications via Telegram and MAX Legal basis: Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152 (subject consent). Actions: transfer of messenger identifier to Telegram / MAX platforms.

4.3. Payment processing Legal basis: Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 5 of Federal Law No. 152 (contract performance). Data: full name of the payer (only during payment). Recipient: T-Bank JSC (Russian acquiring bank). Actions: transfer in the scope required to process the payment.

4.4. Technical support Legal basis: Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 5 of Federal Law No. 152 (contract performance). Actions: storage and use for responding to inquiries.

4.5. Website analytics (optional) Legal basis: Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152 (subject consent). Tool: Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, servers in Russia). Data: anonymized data about actions on the website. IP address is truncated. Consent is given via the cookie banner and can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

T-Bank JSC — for payment processing (payment details only)
Telegram (Telegram Inc.) — for notification delivery (chat ID only)
VKontakte (MAX) — for notification delivery (MAX user ID only)
Yandex LLC (Yandex.Metrica) — only with separate consent for analytics (cookie banner). Servers in Russia.

Data is not sold and not transferred to marketing agencies.

6. Duration of Consent

Consent is valid from the moment of registration in the service until account deletion.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

The subject may withdraw consent at any time by:

Sending a request to team@tech-wave.ru
Using the "Delete account" function in the personal account

After withdrawal, data will be anonymized within 30 days, except for information subject to mandatory retention under applicable law (payment data — 5 years, Federal Law No. 402).
